Built LeucineOS v1, an agentic AI operating system that unifies manufacturing execution (MES) & quality management (QMS) workflows inside one digital platform for regulated pharma companies. Defined the product architecture, shipped FDA-grade compliance automation, built a Palantir-inspired ontology to organize manufacturing intelligence. Partnered with top 2 Global & Indian pharma enterprises (combined US$50B market cap) on GTM launch to prove category fit for AI-native manufacturing operations platform.

Built and scaled FDA Tracker (fdatracker.ai), an AI monitoring layer that analyzes every US FDA Form 483 and Warning Letter in real time for pharma quality leaders. Led roadmap and GTM directly with the CEO, driving +70% monthly active growth by prioritizing executive dashboards, automated insights, and alerts used by CXOs and Chief Quality Officers across the industry.

Led design for a decarbonization platform for real estate. Secured key clients: Lemon Tree Group, Tata Realty, and National University of Singapore.

Assisted with product enhancement before go-to-market. Designed key mobile app functionalities and enhanced UX. App now live on App Store & Play Store, company IPO listed on NSE & BSE in June 2025.

Led design of B2B2C prop fintech platform. Conceptualized first version of application, designing all mobile, web app & admin modules.

Built the first version of a data-driven Asset-Tenant Experience Platform. Led design presentation & walkthrough on Figma to Sequoia Capital (now Peak XV Partners).
